CANCELLATION POLICY

At BTB, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following cancellation guidelines before placing an order.

CUSTOMER ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched to our courier partner, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Cancellation requests can be submitted through our customer support channels with your order number and contact details.

PREPAID ORDERS

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution involved.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

Customers are encouraged to place COD orders responsibly.

Repeated order cancellations, refusals to accept deliveries, or abuse of the COD service may result in restrictions on future orders or the requirement of prepaid payment methods for future purchases.

BTB'S RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS

BTB reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or inventory discrepancies
  • Pricing, promotional, or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Payment verification issues
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Delivery limitations or serviceability issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, customers will be notified using the contact information provided during checkout.

Where applicable, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, BTB cannot guarantee modifications to:

  • Product selection
  • Size
  • Color
  • Shipping address
  • Contact details

Customers should contact BTB as soon as possible if any changes are required. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before dispatch, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
